Pro Forma Title, Inc. is owned and operated by Rebecca J. Turner. PFT has been directly involved in title insurance and settlement services for the real estate industry since its incorporation in October 2000. Rebecca is a second-generation title professional and has worked for 45 years in the industry. Her mother Martha Ferguson began her career in the industry in 1947 and continued working until her retirement in 2012. Martha trained both Rebecca and her grandson Brett J. Fairley, who is a Third-generation title professional. Rebecca and Brett have been successful throughout the years of maintaining quality customer service and consistency and have put together a winning team of title professionals that can take you from the start of your order all the way to the closing table ensuring that your valued asset is protected.
